This document ("Terms & Conditions") is a legally binding agreement between the tez88 platform and you — the user. 2.2 One Person, One Account

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out from the account. tez88 will not be held liable for account misuse or any harm caused to third parties.

4.1 Deposit

Funds can be deposited to tez88 via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly. If you experience any issue during the deposit process, contact the support team with your payment reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (for each method).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New tez88 members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) — applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• When playing with a bonus, certain games may not contribute toward the wagering requirement — the detailed terms of each offer will be stated separately.
• tez88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If fraud is detected or an attempt is made to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be voided.
• Active bonuses must have their wagering completed before they expire — the expiry date will be stated on each offer's page.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

tez88 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games displayed on our platform are operated by verified software providers. Game outcomes are not predetermined — results are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

6.2 Technical Issues & Cancelled Games

In the event of a technical problem or disconnection during a game:

• The game may restart automatically or be declared void.

• Bets lost due to network issues will not be refunded, however losses caused by a technical fault on our side will be reviewed.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

8.1 Closure by tez88

tez88 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false information during the verification process.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.
• Filing of an active dispute or chargeback.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all active bonus wagering will be cancelled and any incomplete wagering bonuses will be forfeited. However, your own deposited funds will be returned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
